Zaylie is a gamified wellness companion available through the Obsessed For Life platform. The following terms apply to your use of Zaylie in addition to the general Terms of Use governing the Obsessed For Life website and services.
Zaylie is a personal wellness tracking and habit encouragement tool. It is designed to make healthy habits feel rewarding and fun. Zaylie does not provide medical advice, dietary guidance, clinical recommendations, or any form of health coaching. Nothing within Zaylie constitutes a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. If you have questions about your health, weight, nutrition, or fitness, please consult a licensed medical provider.
Zaylie allows you to log voluntary wellness activities including movement, hydration, stretching, protein and balanced meals, vitamins and supplements, fruit, home-cooked meals, sunlight, sleep, mindfulness, gratitude, emotional or mindset shifts, and daily affirmations. You may also log body weight and measurements, run a fasting timer, keep a food and nutrition log, and record a daily mood check-in. All tracking is optional. You choose what to record and what to leave blank. Zaylie does not require any of this data to function, and you may use the app without entering any personal wellness information.
Zaylie allows you to attach a photo to your weigh-in entries. Progress photos are stored in our managed MongoDB Atlas database and are accessible only to you when you're signed in. We do not share them with other users or third parties. You may delete any photo at any time from within the app. If you delete your account, your photos are deleted along with your other account data.
Zaylie includes a social feature called Circles, which allows you to invite others to share encouragement, take part in a shared Circle challenge, and celebrate each other's progress. When you join a Circle, the following information is visible to other members of your Circle: your display name, your profile photo if you have uploaded one, your journey world badge, your current streak, your weekly gems earned, your top win of the week, and activity feed entries including cheers given and received over the past 14 days.
The following information is never visible to other Circle members: your email address, your weight entries, your body measurements, your progress photos, your fasting timer sessions, your reminder settings, your full habit history, and any private notes or personal data you have entered.
Circles include two lightweight social interactions. You may send a Cheer to a Circle member, which includes an optional short message of up to 140 characters, limited to five cheers per member per day. You may also send Gem Gifts with an optional note. There is no free-form chat, direct messaging, or message thread functionality within Zaylie.
Premium members may start a shared challenge in a Circle — for example an extra walk today or a no-soda weekend — giving it a title, an optional note, a reward, and a run length (a weekend, a week, or a custom period of up to 30 days). Only one challenge runs in a Circle at a time. Challenges are on the honor system: each member simply taps "I did it" when they have completed it, which marks them done for the Circle and awards a small bonus-gem reward. Participation is voluntary. Challenges are social and celebratory in nature and do not constitute fitness programs, medical protocols, or professional guidance of any kind.
Zaylie includes an optional food and nutrition log that lets you track calories and macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat, sugar, and fiber) for the foods you eat, and set your own optional daily calorie and macro goals. You may add foods by searching or by scanning a product barcode with your device camera. Barcode and food nutrition information is retrieved from Open Food Facts, a free public food database. Zaylie totals the values you log against any goals you set, but it does not provide medical, dietary, or clinical advice, and any goals are ones you choose yourself. Your food log is private to your account and is never shared with other users or advertisers.
Zaylie includes a grocery list feature and a Smart Kitchen suggestion feature. Smart Kitchen suggestions are based only on items you have marked as on hand in your own grocery list. Suggestions are general and informational only and are not tailored to any medical condition, dietary restriction, or health goal.
Zaylie lets you record an optional daily mood check-in (for example, sunny, okay, cloudy, or stormy). Your mood check-ins are private to your account. Zaylie does not display mood trends or charts back to you, does not ask why you feel a certain way, and never shares your mood with other users or Circle members. Zaylie is not a mental-health or crisis service; if you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
Zaylie uses a passwordless sign-in system. To create an account or sign in, you enter your email address and receive a one-time verification code. Your email address serves as your unique account identifier and is never visible to other users. During onboarding, you choose a display name, which is the name visible to your Circle members. You may update your display name at any time from your profile settings.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Zaylie, consistent with the general age requirement for all Obsessed For Life services.
Zaylie may expand over time to include additional features such as wearable device integrations, app store availability, and enhanced personalization. Any new features will be subject to these Terms of Use and any applicable updates, which we will communicate to you in advance of material changes.
Zaylie offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (“Zaylie Premium”) with monthly and annual plans, and may include a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Founding Members retain their existing access as described in the app.
Zaylie is a tool for encouragement and habit awareness. We make no representations or warranties regarding weight loss, fitness improvement, health outcomes, or any other results from using the app. Your experience is your own, and results will vary.
Zaylie™ — including its name, the Zaylie character, the app's source code, copy, illustrations, dialogue, visual design, gameplay mechanics, and all other original content — is the original creative work of Teal Blu LLC and is protected by United States copyright law and applicable common-law trademark rights. “Zaylie” is an unregistered trademark of Teal Blu LLC, used in commerce since 2025.
Your use of Zaylie is a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own wellness journey. No other rights are granted to you, expressly or by implication.
You agree that you will not, in whole or in part: (1) copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or display any portion of the Zaylie app, its copy, code, illustrations, or design outside of your personal use; (2) create a derivative or substantially similar product, including any wellness app, companion-character app, or gamified habit-tracking app, that copies Zaylie's name, characters, copy, gameplay loop, visual identity, or distinctive mechanics; (3) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app; (4) scrape, harvest, or extract data from the app by automated means; (5) use Zaylie or any of its content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning or artificial intelligence model; (6) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be pursued under copyright, trademark, and unfair-competition law. Teal Blu LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
This section describes how Teal Blu LLC collects, uses, and protects information you provide through the Zaylie healthy habits app, available through the Obsessed For Life platform.
When you use Zaylie, we may collect the following categories of information depending on the features you choose to use.

We use the information you provide to operate and personalize your Zaylie experience, including surfacing relevant habit cards based on your selected journey world, delivering your daily affirmation and recovery nudges, calculating your streak and gem totals, enabling Circle features with the privacy settings described in these Terms, sending reminder emails at your local time that reference your streak and gem count, and delivering optional on-device reminder notifications you can turn on or off.
We do not use your health or wellness data to generate medical advice, dietary recommendations, or clinical guidance of any kind. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your wellness data, body data, or progress photos with other users or with advertisers.
Progress photos are stored in our managed MongoDB Atlas database and are accessible only to you when you're signed in. We do not share them with other users or third parties. You may delete any photo at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your photos along with your other account data.
When you participate in a Circle, certain limited information is shared with your Circle members as described in the Terms of Use section above. You control your Circle membership and may leave a Circle at any time. Leaving a Circle removes your ongoing activity from the Circle feed, though historical activity entries already posted may remain visible to members for the remainder of the 14-day activity window.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data including wellness logs, body data, progress photos, and account information is deleted from our systems. Deletion may take up to 30 days to complete across all systems including database backups.
Zaylie is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure, and your data is stored in a managed MongoDB Atlas database, encrypted in transit (TLS) and encrypted at rest by our database provider. Zaylie Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed via RevenueCat; we receive only your subscription status and never your payment card details. We use Resend to deliver transactional and reminder emails, such as your one-time sign-in code and your daily or weekly reminder emails. When you scan a product barcode or search for a food, the barcode number or search term is sent to Open Food Facts, a free public food database, to retrieve nutrition information; we do not send them your identity. We do not integrate Zaylie with third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics platforms that have access to your personal wellness data.
You may access, update, or delete your Zaylie account data at any time from your profile settings within the app. If you have questions about your data or wish to request deletion, you may contact us at info@tealblu.co.
Zaylie is a wellness encouragement app, not a medical or clinical tool. The information you enter is used only to power your personal experience within the app. We treat your wellness data with care and do not use it for purposes beyond operating and improving Zaylie.
